I’m Ochna Integerrima as the professors named me, I live around South East Asia. Especially, in Vietnam, me and my friend Prunus persica were considerate the ambassador of spring by the people live there. Hum… they called me the… “yellow Mai” if I remember right. Probably, because my flower used to bloom around Lunar New year which they called the “Tết Nguyên Đán” holiday or “Tết” for short, they even have a legend attached to me too, and they even say, I can scare away the evil ghosts and brought luck to the household, how cool is that? Heh heh.
